  For our  paper  on LEGO polyhedra, I built a chamfered dodecahedron (also known as a truncated rhombic triacontahedron) . It consists of 30 hexagons and 12 pentagons. It is a Goldberg polyhedron . chamfered dodecahedron in LEGO There is a band of hexagons along the equator of the model.
